Recently, the new high-end all suite hotel "Kaiserjuwel" in Going, Tyrol, Austria was officially unveiled. The project is based on the aesthetic of high mountain architecture, and has become a new benchmark for local resort hotels with its large transparent glass facade, excellent energy-saving performance, and immersive natural landscape integration design. Kaiserjuwel "is the expansion core of Seiwald Resort Hotel, covering 22 standard suites, two penthouse suites, and an aerial wellness area equipped with an infinity pool. The overall design focuses on spatial transparency and natural tranquility. The project is led by Vitralux, a glass expert from South Tyrol, who is responsible for creating the external glass system. Their exclusive VITRALIGHT frameless glass system, with its slim profiles and barrier free transition design, achieves seamless integration between indoor spaces and Alpine mountain views.

Entering the interior of the building, minimalist glass design runs through the entire area: frameless fixed glass in guest rooms, flush threshold balcony doors dissolve the spatial boundaries; The large area of observation glass, automatic sliding doors, and heat-resistant glass in the wellness area maximize the introduction of natural light and create a panoramic immersive relaxing atmosphere. The project involves the installation of approximately 270 square meters of frameless glass and 150 square meters of door and window systems, paired with three entrance doors and two automatic doors, to outline the architectural texture in a minimalist glass language.

Beyond visual aesthetics, the energy-saving performance of the project is particularly outstanding. The building adopts triple safety insulated glass with a Ug value of 0.6W/m ² K, combined with the VITRALIGHT system, with an overall Uw value below 0.8W/m ² K, greatly improving living comfort. Among them, the Swisspacer Ultimate warm edge spacer plays a key role in effectively reducing heat loss at the glass edge, preventing condensation, and perfectly adapting to the frequent temperature and humidity fluctuations in the wellness area.

In addition, the project strictly adheres to the ecological concept, and the proportion of recycled aluminum in all aluminum profiles is not less than 75%, significantly reducing carbon emissions while ensuring high performance.
